The Lady Morgana has left Adstringendum.
[It is in Tom's own voice -- Morgana leaving abruptly brought him back into his own body. Which he intends to stay in, until the end of the event. Thank you very much.
And, with a burst of static, the feed ends.]
[Filtered to Raphael // Private // Unhackable]
[He is quiet, for a moment, before speaking.]
Any attempt to take back what I have will result in something far more than a snapped feather. Consider this your first and only warning, Archangel Raphael. I do believe the city has had enough with your kind lording over them with false superiority.
[And then, the barest tint of a smile in his tone.]
Merry Christmas.
[And the feed cuts off.]
[Filtered to Castiel // Private // Unhackable]
The Archangel Raphael has something important of mine. I require advice on getting it back. Anything you want in return is yours, within my limitations as a wizard.
Including, but not limited to, your Grace.

I doubt very much she'll return it, as she seems to have a habit of taking what does not belong to her, so any advice required in taking it back by force would be appreciated.
In return, as I said, I will give you whatever it is you desire.
Including what lies in my basement.

She took what was most important to me from my person when we switched. What makes you think I wouldn't return the favor?
[He glances away.]
I was going to give the necklace to Morgana, but she seems to have left the city without so much as a goodbye letter.
[Another pause before he straightens abruptly, leaning forward, his eyes narrowed, fixated on the PCD.]
Rather unfair of her, considering the sheer amount of power it took for me to ensure that no one else would steal and use it. But rest assured, no one will touch it while it is under my care. And anyone who goes remotely near it will suffer the consequences.
My wand for your wings. And a piece of Raphael's pride.
I do think you would be able to survive much better in this city had you what was rightfully yours, wouldn't you?

Date: 2011-12-08 01:13 am (UTC)The return of my grace is not of as much benefit to me as you believe.
And what makes you believe that I would not be able to reattain it from you on my own, without acquiescing to your wants?

Date: 2011-12-08 01:25 am (UTC)Luckily, Tom is incapable of it.
Tom arches his eyebrows.]
You can feel free to try, if you so choose, but I can perform magic without my wand, and I have absolutely no intention of it leaving my hands.
[Castiel can take that however he wishes. His power and prowess has been released to the public, however slightly, and it took both Morgana and Severus to trap him into not attacking -- and even then, it had been a massive battle for the ages. Castiel, while mortal, could not stand a chance. And if he wishes to endanger his friends by doing something stupid, then be his guest -- Tom has no problems in unleashing his full power if it is in self-defense.
Murder can be an accident. How unfortunate.
And then, a pause.]
But I don't see why you would rather make this entire affair difficult when I am all but offering to eradicate a problem for you.
[Tom presses his fingers to his lips in thought, eyes still unblinking, as he watches the angel carefully.]
Aren't you tired of having your friends protect you instead of other way around? Especially from her, of all people? She's nothing more than an arrogant gnat on a wall that needs to be swatted -- I have the means to do so, if you lend your knowledge.
I am proposing a partnership. No more, and no less. Your Grace is simply insurance, which I'm certain you can't blame me for -- I have little to no interest in dying in an attempt to get my wand back from her fingertips. It is useless to her, just as your Grace is useless to me, save for making you the angel that you should be.

Date: 2011-12-08 01:35 am (UTC)As appealing as this deal would be in theory, there are issues that make it impossible as it is. While I care nothing for Raphael, and would otherwise gladly assist you in acting against her, in revealing her weaknesses I would reveal those of my brothers as well.
A way to return your wand to you could likely be figured out by myself and my brothers. But only should you return my grace.
Lucifer would be displeased to discover you have taken it.

His expression remains level, even, and neutral -- unconcerned by the threats.]
I am certain most of your siblings will be displeased that I've taken it, which is why I've even bothered to contact you about it. Raphael is probably destroying a dragon in the Wastelands at her own ineptitude and is probably attempting to keep it to herself, in order to avoid being killed by your more powerful siblings. How your kind feels about the human race is certainly no mystery to me, nor is it to anyone else in this city. I give it a matter of moments before either someone discovers that I've taken it or that you tell your siblings that I have, as I'm going to stake my life that Raphael is too much of a stubborn coward to own up to her own idiocy -- whichever makes no difference to me. No one will be able to touch me so long as I remain within my safehouse.
As for teaching me their weaknesses --
[Tom shrugs slightly.]
I have never acted out against the angels, nor anyone else in this city, without being under the influence of an event. There is no reason for that to change now. Besides, judging from my own observations, the only individual to actively strike out against the angels in order to cause permanent harm would be the young girl you're living with.

Date: 2011-12-08 02:16 am (UTC)You intend to remain in your safehouse indefinitely?
It isn't difficult to locate a human. And despite your magic, you are vastly overestimating yourself should an angel decide to act against you. You would be killed before catching sight of Lucifer if he decided to harm you.
And whether or not you would act is of no consequence; it's on my part in giving you the chance to.
Taking my grace was a mistake, on your part. You have a chance to rectify it, and then I might be inclined to assist you in regaining your wand.
As it is now, there is no benefit to me in this situation in any regard.

Date: 2011-12-08 02:28 am (UTC)Tom Riddle, the sixteen year old wizard, is perfectly and utterly confident in his ability to destroy an angel of the Lord. There is no hesitation, no second-guessing, no doubt. He isn't some ridiculously simple student, he is Voldemort, the slayer of death itself, and the fact that this half-of-an-angel thing is speaking down to him, of all people, is funny.]
Castiel.
[It's soft, and Tom's voice is almost sympathetic.]
You are intelligent enough to see that I am far from a normal human being. I would have never bother contacted you in the first place if I didn't have a means of survival. So, please -- cut the theatrics, the bravado, and the posturing, because I have quite a lot to do, and I've just lost my best assistant.
[And his tone slips from light and airy to ice cold in a heartbeat.]
The facts are these -- I have, in my possession, an extraordinarily powerful weapon that very many people want. I'm inclined to give it to you, and you alone, but only if you assist me in receiving what is mine. The terms are simple, fair, and more than just, considering the individual I wish to fight against is the very same individual that ripped out the closest thing you will ever have to a soul.
Should you assist me, you will have an invaluable ally at your disposal. Should you choose to have your siblings act against me, then you will have an enemy, along with a fine sense of disappointment that I underestimated your level of cowardice in calling your big brothers and sisters to do your own work for you. Allow yourself the dignity of handling your own problems instead of running to fetch the Devil to solve them for you. But that isn't my problem -- and as I said, I have things to do.
[Tom stands, abruptly, the PCD levitating with him.]
The decision is yours. I have already notified Raphael of her idiocy. I expect Lucifer will be next. Do as you please. You have my contact information.
[And the feed is cut with a wave of his hand.]
