Raphael is probably destroying a dragon in the Wastelands at her own ineptitude and is probably attempting to keep it to herself, in order to avoid being killed by your more powerful siblings. I give it a matter of moments before either someone discovers that I've taken it or that you tell your siblings that I have, as I'm going to stake my life that Raphael is too much of a stubborn coward to own up to her own idiocy -- whichever makes no difference to me. No one will be able to touch me so long as I remain within my safehouse.
As for teaching me their weaknesses --

I have never acted out against the angels, nor anyone else in this city, without being under the influence of an event. There is no reason for that to change now. Besides, judging from my own observations, the only individual to actively strike out against the angels in order to cause permanent harm would be the young girl you're living with.
